Chris Penn (Penn) is an American actor and producer who debuted in Charlie and the Talking Buzzard. His other works include Footloose, Pale Rider, Reservoir Dogs, and Rush Hour. Penn has also produced Charlie and the Talking Buzzard and was born in a family of actors including Sean and Michael. Penn had a problem with substance abuse for years and had passed away when he was 40.
